I am a lifelong Phoenician who graduated from Washington High School (Phoenix) in 2001 and Arizona State University in 2005. I received my degree in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at ASU and was also a member of the Men’s Golf Team. My wife (Audrey) and I have been married for 10 years and have two kids: Landon (8) and Berkeley (5). We currently live in the Arcadia area and are active in our community.
After college, I became involved with the Pat Tillman Foundation and raised close to $50,000 over four years. During this time, I participated in three (3) Team Tillman New York City Marathons and a Team Tillman Iron Man Arizona. All the money raised went directly to their Tillman Scholar program, which directly supports veterans who are seeking post-graduate degrees.
I was also a member of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Golf Committee from 2016 to the present and was the chairman of last year's event. In 2022, we netted over $1 million from the annual golf tournament, which all went to support Phoenix Children’s mission of helping children in Phoenix.
I am also currently a member of the Honorary Commander program at Luke Air Force Base, where I am attached to the Barry Goldwater Range in southern Arizona. The Honorary Commander program brings together the Phoenix business community and Luke’s Airman to build a better understanding of our respective communities. I began my 2-year commitment in November 2022 and have enjoyed learning how important a role Luke AFB plays to both our country and Arizona.
Lastly, I am an active member of the Scottsdale Charros, which is an all-volunteer, nonprofit group of business and civic leaders that helps build our community by supporting youth sports, education, and charitable causes. Funds raised all go back to supporting local youth initiatives, with Scottsdale Unified School District being our largest beneficiary.

Brandon Dawson is a serial entrepreneur, business leader, and scaling expert with years of experience in building, growing, and exiting businesses. He sold his last business in 2016, Audigy Group, which he bootstrapped and built as a proprietary Decentralized Operating and Ownership Organization that shared equity with his customers and employees, which he exited for $151 million—77x EBITA. Audigy Group was the incubation company to prove this innovative, shared equity consolidation model. Brandon worked with the public company that acquired Audigy Group and helped them grow from $18 a share to $94 a share within 36 months, adding $3.5 billion in market value.
Prior to Audigy, he was the Chairman, founder, and CEO of Sonus, which was a Warburg Pincus-backed consolidation company. Dawson listed Sonus on the American Stock Exchange at just 29 years old, making him one of the youngest to ring the opening bell.
Today, combining Dawson’s IP with Grant Cardone's 10X mindset and his massively loyal community, they teamed up to co-found Cardone Ventures, where Dawson serves as CEO and Managing Partner. Within the first 48 months, this new venture has gone from a pure bootstrapped startup with zero employees and zero revenue to over 250 employees and over $300 million in revenue with $100 million of EBITDA with no debt and no start-up capital by the end of 2023.
Dawson, a true visionary, has taken his public company experience, with over 130 acquisitions, $500 million raised in various transactions, and billions in value creation, to now help small to medium-sized business owners across the world achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their businesses.
